What's your favourite TV network? Over the years, I've liked a few...now it seems like nobody has a unique style anymore.

2. If you could create your own channel, what would it be? arts, culture, some left-wing politics, maybe I'd bring the dramedy back...I still like them-- maybe I'm not alone!

3. What TV show did you watch as a child, that you wish they would bring back? Not that I really want *actual MASH* back, though America had lots of feelings about its involvement in KoreaitNam, but I would like to see a show with as varied an emotional template and room for character growth as MASH. Something funny, but less like "Well, they loved that, so let's do it twenty more times," Something that trusts us to figure stuff out a few times(Anti-war messaging and Very Special Episodes optional.)

4. What show have you always hated, and wonder why they ever made such a dumb show? I grew up in the 1980s, which gave me an unmatched opportunity to see the good, really bad, and indifferent from, practically the beginning of the form(thanks to cable-- I'm not a spirit that sits around watching TV or anything...years ago, I might have had more passion about that. But I will say, we might not be here now without "The Apprentice." #DeportMarkBurnett(I've had a lot of streaming access this year, for the first time, and I'm not sure if it makes me feel better or worse how hard it can be to tell "cult favorite" and "Swing and a miss," apart.

5. What TV show's seasons would you buy on DVD? I would have loved it if the reason I got such a great price on West Wing DVDs wasn't because Amazon either let half of them get scratched up or knew they would be. Maybe I should have gotten a *really* great "Take Your Chances" price. Anyway, never finished that rewatch...

but I'm not overburdened with good ones. Sometimes, I wish life were a bit more like streaming so that I could catch up with things I missed. But I found some
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Potential(High Potential,I missed.)
It's a good show and I love how Kaitlin dresses, even if I don't think I can carry it off

-"Matewan" was a tough watch, but it was worth it.
and I blogged about "UnReal", which I thought was great.

Paralympian to Kelly:
"What makes you different is your greatest gift."
Me:
Can I take it back? And not for store credit.

Kind of had an unexpected streaming find, this month, though I did see the creator on, say, Ellen, or chatting with Kelly Clarkson or something a few years ago. didn't think I would really watch, even though I thought she seemed cool.
Despite my Singleton status, I think “Workin’ Moms” is pretty good. (So far, just started season 2.)Even though I’ve never raised more than a ruckus, I feel that the show is being pretty honest about the challenges of combining work and family life.
They let the cranky shrink character have an abortion, though we don't see a procedure. But if you look at most tv and movies, you'd think they have clinics for people to wig out and walk away from.

years late...the ending rather downbeat, but perceptive.
Maybe I've got divorce on the brain: reading a debut novel called "Really Good, Actually" in which the young character is gobsmacked by the break up of her two-year-old marriage. (She hasn't quite reached her title thought yet. Not that I have, either, mind you.)

so I thought I could skip that, but Only Murders In The Building is pretty funny for also...kind of being the NPR totebag of internet culture.
Been watching the first ones for a few weeks.
Got some new chuckles...don't want to fic it or anything.

With "Mom" and Single Drunk Female back to back.Another few episodes and I might make an Amends or two myself.
chicating: Johnny Drama (Victory)
For a character in such an actiony show(and one who tends to get stiffed financially and/or clopped on the head), Jim likes his life. He likes tacos and spending time with his dad...maybe being in prison or in the Army gave him perspective on the small stuff, but thankfully he's not the guy to really tell you that, either.

Gene Belcher from Bob's Burgers and Bobby Hill would totally hang, although sometimes Bobby would be embarrassed cause he's older.(I couldn't decide if their dads would get on. Maybe mostly, but not around the grill.) I think Peggy would say something Texas and it would make Linda imitate her a lot

I know I was always a bit biased against their pairing, but that really doesn't mean that Buffy/Riley actually had good chemistry, though.(It was cute enough when they met, I suppose, now that my investment's down.) But it's kind of sad to do a Can't Keep THeir Hands off each other ep like that.
And I had an image of young Ripper, like young John Lennon, getting into trouble cause he didn't like to wear his glasses.
